AI automation for small businesses, set up and handed over

Stwlth Software sets up AI automation for small businesses inside the tools you already use (Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Notion), and nothing sends, pays or deletes without your OK. Every run leaves a record, every account is in your name, and you get a handover guide that says what each workflow does.

What you end up with.

  • The Glass Engine: 3 named workflows in Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Notion that draft, file and brief you, and ask before anything sends

  • PDFs and invoices turned into rows in your accounting system

  • An assistant that answers staff questions from your own policies, with the source cited

  • Inbox triage that classifies, drafts a reply, and routes to the right person

  • Nightly jobs that keep your CRM, spreadsheets, and billing in sync

  • Private, local AI for data that can't go to a third-party API

  • Approval rules
  • Workflow automation
  • Document processing
  • Knowledge assistants
  • API integrations
  • LLM integrations
  • Local / private AI

Can I hire someone to set this up for me?

Yes. One example: every morning at 7, a one-page brief in your Gmail lists who asked for a quote, today's meetings and anything waiting for your approval. Nothing goes out without your OK. We set up 3 workflows like that, chosen with you, in your Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Notion, and every run leaves a record of what it did. For the first 7 days every workflow only reads and leaves you a draft brief. For the next 7 it only drafts. Nothing sends until week 3, and only after you say yes in writing.

Why not just turn on Gemini or Copilot?

You might not need us. Gemini comes with Google Workspace Business Standard at $14 a user a month, and Microsoft 365 Copilot Business is $21 a user a month on top of a Microsoft 365 business plan (US list prices billed yearly, October 2026). Both help when you ask them to write or summarize. Neither comes with someone who sets up workflows that run without being asked, writes the rules for what needs your OK, and fixes them when a tool changes. Try them first.

How much does AI automation cost for a small business?

With us: $2,500 to set up and $350 a month for upkeep, our founding prices for our first 3 clients in exchange for a case study, then $3,500 and $450. Your tools are billed to you directly, about $25 to $125 a month. One price, agreed before work starts, never hourly.
  • The Glass Engine setup

3 workflows in your Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Notion, with approval rules, a record of every run and a handover guide. Every account is in your name.

    $2,500 founding, then $3,500

  • Upkeep

Fixes when a tool changes, one change to a workflow at a time, and every fix logged in your portal. Pause or cancel anytime and keep everything.

$350 a month founding, locked while you stay, then $450

  • Extra workflow

One more workflow beyond the setup's 3, with its own approval rules and a record of every run.

    $500 founding, then $600

  • Fit audit (optional)

We map your tools and accounts before the build, and the fee comes off your setup price. You can skip it, but the build and any later repair may take longer while we learn your setup.

    $500, credited to your setup

What happens when it breaks?

Tools change, and a workflow that worked on Monday can stop on Thursday. Upkeep covers that: we fix it, and every fix is logged next to the record of every run, so you can see what ran, what failed and what we changed.

Do I own it?

Yes. Every account is opened in your name and billed to you: Google, Notion and Claude. It runs on your own computer, not ours. You learn how to revoke its access yourself, and do it once with us on the handover call. Cancel Upkeep anytime and you keep everything.

Tell us the ambitious part.

Two or three sentences is plenty: the launch, the system, the thing still done by hand. You'll hear back from the founder, not a sequence.
